Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free delivery on selected orders or promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Delays

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
